One to One Training
If you would prefer one to one training on the PayCert process, we can provide two sessions of one to one training, each of 1 hour duration.
The sessions are usually held at your office or location of your choice. Alternatively we are able to offer training at our offices at St Brandon's House in Bristol.
The two training sessions cover:
-Training on reference checking for new customers.
-Use of Company reports to check credit worthiness.
-Bad Debt file control.
-Letter-chasing templates inc. Leter Before Action.
-The process and procedures of submitting a County Court Claim.
-Tips and Advice on how to succesfully manage the claim.
-The Mediation Process.
-The County Court Hearing process.
-Judgements.
-A full set of reference notes are provided.
Fees are from £250 and are dependant upon travel time and specific requirements and are invoiced after the completion of the second training session.
