PayCert is a trading name of our company Bookcert Limited, registered in the United Kingdom. Bookcert has been training bookkeepers since it’s formation in early 2006.

Bookcert's long term goal is to become the market leader in the provision of practical business training. We aim to achieve this by putting the people, technology and strategies in place to equip our customers with the requisite knowledge, skills and confidence to enable them to run their own business. Our ultimate success will be determined by the success of our customers, and as such we will do everything we can to ensure they succeed.

Technology will always play a major part in our corporate strategy with online websites being our current trading vehicle. However, Bookcert is very much a bricks and mortar company, with our head office at St Brandon’s House, in the historic city of Bristol in the South West of England. We are in the heart of the city centre, just a 5 minute walk from the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge.
